*Cue fanfare* Exactly 90 days ago we went live, broadcasting our five new programmes on The Edge 105 FM for the first time. It had only been two days prior that we revealed the name to the public by fully populating our social media accounts, but, as they say, there’s no such thing as an overnight celebrity – this operation is a little over six years in the making.

We knew the music was already a hit – we were test broadcasting anonymously on frequencies 105.1 and 105.3 FM for two weeks before officially going live, and were getting rave reviews. For our first official day on the airwaves, though, we’d be broadcasting our programmes for the first time…

With anything disruptive – as our brand is, there was a lot at stake, so we had to come out swinging. Of course we came together as a group prior to break bread, sign contracts…

…And celebrate our new journey ahead of the launch date…

Then on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 6:00 AM sharp, it was showtime!
